What do you think about Larry Langford's laptop computer program for Birmingham City Schools? It's great! Langford is so innovative! It's a good idea, but I'm not sure how he's going to pull it off. It's an ok idea, but poorly executed. It's a horrible idea, and a waste of taxpayer dollars!
